1:24 p.m.
First, eating yesterday. Maybe more than I should have, but again, I never got stuffed. I almost purged dinner, and I might have, but my throat was so sore for some reason. Really swollen. I took some ibprofen last night and it seems better. Didn't make it to riding my bike last night as it literally rained all damn day. Might make it to the gym today. Eat something and go.
My back and neck really hurt. I don't know if my matress sucks or if I just sleep wrong or what, but it really hurts. It usually feels better when I get out of the shower or get moving some.
Two days til I see my doctor. I'm nervous.
