I guess I'm feeling a little better today, emotionally. I'm really, really hungry, though, and I shouldn't be. I was starving last night, but I didn't eat. I woke up hungry though. So far today I've had a cheese quesadilla with salsa and a glass of milk (500 cal?ish), a doughnut (tons of cal), two pierogie (can't spell) things (120 cal) and an old grilled cheese sandwich (300?). I'm still really hungry. I guess binging stretches my stomach out. Hopefully it will shrink some after I just deal with the hunger for a while (does this really happen?)
So I'll find something to do til dinnertime, and then try to eat reasonably. So hard to resist the urge to barf dinner. Ugh.
