I almost wrote and entry earlier today but then I thought about how I would have to say that I didn't go to the gym, and I just thought, fuck that. So I got off my ass and went, did some assisted dips and chin-ups and 30 min on the elliptical. I'm SO glad I went. Man, I feel so much better. My eating today has been great, too, even though I didn't get up til 12 or 2 or something (I forget) so I haven't had to deal with life for too long. I had a healthy lunch - Lean Pocket with some cheese, salsa, and hummus on top and an apple. I'm probably going to make my dad and myself some Lean Cuisine teryaki stir-fry for dinner after I take a shower (we eat late). So yay.
I did end up puking dinner last night. It was just so much. The purge was super-easy, too, although I don't think I got all the bread up. It's cool, though.
