Cholesterol

I've kind of worked myself into a worry over the high cholesterol. And it was high, like 270 or something. I was working out and I kept worrying that I was going to have a heart attack. I read that hypothyroidism can raise cholesterol, so maybe that's it. And this may be reaching, but I was at my grandma's this weekend and for them, if it's not covered in lard, it's not worth eating. Down home Southern cooking. So maybe eating all that temporarily elevated it. But I'm sure it's still higher than it should be. I'm cutting out fried foods big time, and cutting way down on dairy. I printed out a list of good cholesterol-lowering foods, too. Trying to eat unsaturated fats. Right now I'm having about half a cup (maybe 3/4 cup) of peanuts and cashews. And a big cucumber. A good, high-protein, good fats snack. Also, I weighed 105 at the gym. Yay for the digital scale being broken.
