I went home this weekend. Ate a lot, what with the combination of there being good food for the having and me being out of my routine. But it wasn't binging or anything and I'm back in the saddle again. I'm ok for today, but just barely, so I can't really afford any mistakes. Luckily I'm tired and will probably be going to bed soon anyway.
Change of plans, we're now going to Belize instead of Aruba, but it basically looks like the same resort-type deal, so it should still be awesome. I'm not as flaming gung-ho about getting my body together as I was this time last week, but I don't really even want to type that, because it's not really true. I'm still committed. So what I really want to do this week is hit the gym Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and maybe Friday, if I don't go to my grandmother's house Friday. Eat my standard lunch everyday and something reasonable for dinner. That's not too much to ask.
